Valley Custom Cabinets helped this client who has a Historic Home in St Paul MN keep the look of the old cabinets by using Quarter Sawn Red Oak and staining the cabinets a dark color to match existing cabinets in the home. Mudroom area has a place for storage, washing up & a wine fridge area to store their beverages. The entryway bench gives them a place for sitting, storage & the coat hook/shelf combo gives them plenty of room for hanging items.

Good afternoon Jeff and Beth,
I just wanted to send you a couple of pictures of the bar area. It absolutely looks amazing. It is far and above what I ever imagined. Thanks Beth for the patience in helping me pick out a stain, it is perfect. It absolutely makes it standout. Thanks Jeff and Beth for helping me pick out the right wood. The knotty alder is incredible, the perfect look. Jeff thank you for all time and energy that went into this, drawing up the plans, the mass amounts of emails and the idea on how to put it all into place. Also a big thanks to the guy in the back and Beth who helped put all this stuff together. I’m sorry I forgot his name, someday my Viking tape measure will not come up short!! Hopefully I conveyed my gratitude for what all you have done. For years I have thought about how my bar would look, this is exactly the way it was envisioned in my head. Thank you again.

This craftsman/mission style Bar was done in Cherry in a natural clear conversion varnish sanded to a fine finish. Features include a raised “snack” ledge & Pantry storage. Uppers include an “upside down T” feature. Countertops are Laminate & Granite.

Everyone always likes to have a cool beverage & some snacks, so having a wet bar area custom built to fit a space is always a plus. Who doesn’t like to kick back and relax and watch some TV? An area with some built ins around a fireplace, a mantle surround or area for storage can be done in many ways. This basement remodel area is done in a Rustic Hickory with a natural finish and then in the bar area, the front bar area done in a black finish and Bead Board panels.

The customer went with a custom tint on Maple for their bar cabinetry, with your basic necessities in any bar, a wine refrigerator , bar refrigerator, lattice wine rack along with a stemware holder & glass in the doors for displaying glassware. We added locks on all the base cabinets to ensure safety.

Valley Custom Cabinets did this custom bar for these clients who wanted to display their passion in hunting, then we put a poured epoxy finish over the different items. The back bar area done in a clear natural Rustic Hickory including area of wine cubbies for wine storage and then in the front bar area we wrapped the posts with Rustic Hickory where the bar top was notched in around the posts.
