I want to compare “apples to apples” with another quote, is this possible?

It’s extremely difficult to compare “apples to apples” with regard to custom cabinets. Even for those of us who are experts in this business it’s sometimes hard to tell things like:
How high is the quality of the materials they’re using? What is their priority, speed or quality? How much of their pricing reflects their overhead?
We can tell you VCC keeps our overhead low so we can focus on the quality of the materials we buy and the products we produce. We do not focus our business on cutting corners to beat our competitors. We’re focused instead on completing a nearly perfect product for you.

Do you have a show room?

Yes, we do! In fact, we are currently remodeling to showcase our capabilities and provide you with more inspiration for your project. We also have beautiful displays set up at other locations around the Twin Cities Metro area.

Can you tell me more about the Lifetime Guarantee?

Your guarantee warrants your residential cabinetry to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as they are owned by you, the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

What sets you apart from other cabinet manufacturers?

First of all, we believe our Lifetime Guarantee on all of our custom residential cabinetry really sets us apart. We are the ONLY CABINET COMPANY IN THE MIDWEST TO OFFER THIS! Secondly, VCC is in a unique situation in being able to offer exceptional value to all of our customers. We intentionally located our shop just outside of the Twin Cities metro area in order to keep our overhead low. This being the case, we are able to offer exceptional value to our customers. We can afford to use higher quality materials in our cabinets and still charge a price that is comparable to our competition.

Can you tell me about your quality standards?

Here at Valley Custom Cabinets we really pride ourselves in quality. For starters, we have been in business since the early 1990’s, this has allowed us to identify the vendors who offer the highest quality products, not the “cheapest” like some of our competitors offer. All the hardware products that we buy are made in the USA. When the production process begins, we hand select only the best pieces of wood for your project. Your cabinetry will be hand built by experienced craftsman, not by some expensive piece of machinery, or an assembly line. Since we are a smaller company, we can obviously manage our quality control much better than big factories. Once we start on your cabinetry, yours will be the only project we work on until completion; we like to think that every project is a “one-of-a-kind” piece of art. Lastly, our lifetime guarantee really says a lot about our customer service, we are the only custom cabinet company in the Midwest to offer this.
